User Data Deletion Request

BAS SARL respects the privacy of its users and provides a mechanism for requesting the deletion of personal data collected through our applications and services.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you have authenticated using Facebook Login or any other third-party authentication provider and would like your personal data to be deleted from our systems, you may submit a request through one of the following methods:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with the application
  • Authentication provider used (Facebook, Google, Apple, etc.)
  • A brief request to delete your account and associated data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of the request, BAS SARL will delete:

  • User profile information stored by the application
  • Authentication identifiers linked to your account
  • Application-generated content associated solely with your account
  • Any personal information not required for legal, security, or regulatory purposes

Data Retention Exceptions

Some information may be retained when required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Security investigations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Authentication Providers

If you signed in using Facebook Login, deleting your BAS SARL account will remove your data from our application. Any information stored by Facebook remains subject to Facebook's own privacy and data retention policies.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days of verification.
